How To Apply

Are you interested in studying with ACVET?

You can start your application process by filling out the online ACVET Student Application Form.

Our application process will require students to complete a course interview with one of our representatives. You will also need to meet the entry requirements of your respective course.

Once your application has been approved by ACVET’s admissions team, you will receive an Offer Letter detailing your course, tuition fees and all relevant terms and conditions. Before you accept, check all the conditions on your offer letter.

Once you accept your Offer Letter and make initial deposit payment as outlined in your Offer Letter, you will be issued your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Please remember that you will need this Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) document to apply for your student visa.

ACVET Student Application Form

Step 1: Fill out ACVET online application form

You can complete the application form online by going on the link above. Please note that you will need the following to submit your application:

Scanned copy of your passport
Certified Academic Transcript and qualification from Year 12 or Above (translated into English)
Resume (if available)

Step 2: Receive and Accept your Offer Letter. Return the signed Offer Letter and Student Agreement to ACVET.

Step 3: Participate in a course interview with one of ACVET’s representatives.

Step 4: Make your initial fees deposit.

Step 5: Complete ACVET English Placement Test (only applicable if valid English proficiency evidence not provided).

Step 6: Receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Once you have completed all the steps, our team will review your application and then you will receive your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).

Note: Some students may be required to provide additional evidence when applying for a student visa. To check what evidence you will have to provide please visit the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) website [here] and enter your country of passport and our college’s CRICOS number (04008D).
